leader

every morning,
most enjoy is the time for my breakfast le...
with coffee,
and xing chew re pau...
long time dint support the star dy...
cos xing chew gave me more fun in reading.

everyday read newspaper gave me lots of knowledge...
and brought me some of ideas to run my business too...
especially the political part.
i must admit that i do really like politic...
it could propably because i like serve the people...
today,
i want to clarify,
i really not the opposition part...
it doesnt because i not agree their effort...
is because i believe,
the best way to be..

hmmm.....
i like Dr Chua,
he is the man i respect from last time he become the minister of health till now...
because,
he is the true leader...
no matter he get his winner result in the comings election or not....
i know he will do what he promise.

regarding our pm...
i know he doing many thg to rescue the country...
is going better in malaysia nowadays....
though it have many dissatisfy event occur.
but is tilll the same idea...
that is...
no people is perfect.
same to no country is perfect...
i think who never become a leader or the head of a party,
would never know how difficult there to manage a team...
some more to manage a COUNTRY...
and thats could be the reason why i know...
and i could accept the shortage of the party leaders,
and the mistake they made...
for me,
i just consider if the leader realise their mistake of not (1)
n did they admit (2)
n going to adjhust it or not (3)..
i going to use my word 'adjust' but not 'change" is because i know is hard for the leader to 'change' a policy or culture. but we can make 'adjust' . :)
the 1,2, 3,
is only i concern to follow a leader.

to become a leader is not an easy job.
i repeat again,
to become a leader is not Easy.
many people do always make complain to their leader...
pandai say many ideas....
pandai ma hou pau to say "if last time follow what i say ma good lo'
but whe ask them to take the flag,
n go the first,
they will stand the most far behind.
i again clarify one thing..
i want to help all the leaders to say a word...
to become a leader,
the most difficult part is,
to announce they want make a decision.
why hard?
that is because leader need take responsible to the decison they make.
if the thg doesnt work,
their need handle the critic by the member...
especiallly those ma hou pau people.
their job is not easy than those thk they sangat pandai who only will gv comment, or "recommendation"....
why i will say this.
is because i really meet a lot this type of people in our society...
who just know to blame leader, complain leader, dissatisfy leader.
but they dont know how hard is the leader doing to serve better, change better, give the best.
yet the hard work doesnt get support but still have to receive many complain.
just hope everyone could seriously thk awhile,
if u thk u are better, why not u stand up n say u want replace the leader? n show ur leadership? n anounce the decision u gonna to make? n explain the strategic n plan?
same i agree Dr Chua says,
opposition party should annouce who going to become pm if they win.

i still say,
no leader is perfect.
but there is only the good leader who dare to say, dare to implement.
if the leader say le, but dint dare to do, or do nothing de,
that is fucking shit leader.
but if the leader has prove what he did so far,
please dont be the peoples' hero to gv statement to make those small small complain n make people like u, n show off u are hebat.
if u thk u are better, dont hesitate.
go n replace ur leader.
i will support u.
because the world is democracy today..
n leader should democracy too...
n dare to admit ur low perform,
n give the chance for the better one to lead the team.
